“I also use this shop.  I don’t remember having to sign a contract with them.  When I was first looked for auto repair service, some shops wanted me to sign a contract to “review” the problem… what crap.  I’m thinking… I don’t even know how good you are… why would I want to sign a contract?!

We have been using Euro Connection for several years.  Here are reasons to use Euro Connection:
- They are a real business.  I know many people don’t care, but I do.
- We were first-time BMW owners with the X3.  I called many places in town but Nino was the only guy who would educate me on potential problems without charging me an “educational” lesson—$80 to $100.

- When there has been miscommunication, it has always been easy to work with Nino and get it resolved quickly.
- As with other folks, I have had car issues during off-hours.  Euro Connection has been great about helping us, even on a weekend.
- Euro Connction has worked with me on small adjustments without charges…  For example, I didn’t like the way the wipers were hitting and they ADJUSTED IT, and did not charge me.

- Finally, they cost on the lower end… but you get more out of it when you deal with professionals that are not out to nickel and dime you to death.”
